NeST is excited to be attending the Utility Clinic hosted by New York’s Public Utility Law Project at the Broome County Library! We will be joined by Senator Lea Webb, NYSEG, the Broome County DSS (and more!) at this event where you can learn more about your utility bill and assistance programs that exist which can help lower your bill. 

If you plan on attending, please bring a full copy of your utility bill, a form of identification, and a copy of your benefit awards letters from SNAP, HEAP, SSI, or other assistance programs you are on. We hope to see you there!
